F rating means he has a history of ripping people off. Take him to court

How can a business owner be so dumb as to not understand that he will lose way more business than the measly $2000 he scammed from her????? He's done.
  • I accidentally walked into one of the Elements store and I was lucky to be able to leave without a purchase. I told them I was gonna call the police if they continued to stand between me and the door. I called Better Business Bureau on them. They finally closed down in my city!

The fact that he refunded all but $1756.83 tells you that's over a 300% markup on this crap. They'll teach you a system of ripping off their customers to be sure.

Anyone who invites you into a store from the sidewalk just run.

They need to take away her debit card and replace it with a credit card that gives her more protection.

I once worked for a financial car loan company and someone financed 3 cars in one day. It was later determined he suffered from bipolar and the company did the right thing and tore up the contract.

the fact the place gives out "loans" for their products explains it all
  • @asiamommi
This is an "upscale" version of the people that harass you from their mall kiosk, with their garbage skin and hand creams.

Don't we have elder abuse laws that cover this?
  • @catnip3420
How outrageously evil. This business owner is a thief and needs to be charged with theft then banned from owning any business ever again.

Unbelievably wrong on every level. Over $1700 as a restocking fee! This is highway robbery.
  • @stevethered5506
$1.7k for the "restocking fee" and do not want the products back? In other words, the product didn't cost $7k in the first place!!
  • @essieessie5399
Everyone should boycott this business. Restocking fee of $1,700? This predator, Zeev Goldin knew exactly what he was doing and took advantage of this poor woman due to her challenges. Goldin should be investigated and thrown in jail.

I know this place! I was just passing by one day and was very aggressively pulled inside. I was given a sample of cream to make me look younger and a very HARD sell to purchase. Thankfully, I got out of there with my wits and money intact. But now, you better believe, I walk a block out of my way to avoid passing this place. Pathetic business!
  • @TheBudoinbatu
Someone should provide this guy a closed door visit.
  • @sarita5572
Wow...he just destroyed himself by doing this. What a horrible person!
  • He knew what he was doing. Shame on him and anyone who abuses the elderly
  • Just fully refund your customer, ffs. She didn't even used or opened the products.

I've been literally dragged into this place by a woman a while back while walking in front of it, they put stuff on my face, and I was basically bullied for not wanting to buy anything and trying to get the fuck out of the store. At no point did I even want to enter it. A few days ago I made the careless mistake of walking in front of it again, a sample was pushed onto me, and "cmere cmere cmon come in come on" while I was walking away. I had to speedwalk away from it. It's a horrible feeling. I normally cross the street just to avoid it.
