6:23 Oh, cool. I didn't know that. I've always kept my loaf of sliced bread in the freezer and then I heat it up whenever I get ready to eat some bread. I was honestly just doing it to make it last longer. But now, I see that eating my bread this way will help to prevent blood sugar spikes also.

What is your opinion on sunflower and pumpkins seeds and other beans and lentils in controlling glucose and insulin spikes? I think they are low glycemic index though want to check for sure . Tia.
