    6:23 Oh, cool. I didn't know that. I've always kept my loaf of sliced bread in the freezer and then I heat it up whenever I get ready to eat some bread. I was honestly just doing it to make it last longer. But now, I see that eating my bread this way will help to prevent blood sugar spikes also.

    How high is still safe ,most time mine stays below 180 after eating but sometimes it goes into low 200's and what is your take on Royo bread made in new york
  • Zucchini noodles and cauliflower rice can only fool your eyes ,they still taste like just Zucchini and cauliflower not really substitute
