There are a slew of new regulations kicking in on Thursday in Minnesota, from children's car seat usage, to stricter penalties surrounding straw gun purchases.

    Not like it's gonna be enforced, some Karen will claim discrimination cause their kids age can't be verified without ID, and as we all know, having an ID is discriminatory. Is this what lawmakers waste their time with? Seriously?
