The school is full of crap trying to blame this little girl... The audacity
-
School needs to have the principal fired, child and family should get a compensation and a formal apology.
-
They are wrong for treating this child like this. I'm sure she didn't know.
-
This is beyond horrific. The parents of the child who gave her the laced candy should be questioned. Where did THAT child get such "candy"? Why is it that the victim is re-victimized? This child is innocent and should never have been suspended. This was a traumatic situation for that sweet little girl. The principal should have had some sympathy for the victim!
-
So, the child was POISONED at the school, and the first thought the Principal had was to punish her?! What is the typical punishment for eating outside food, for the giver, and the taker?!
-
The child was drugged at school by another student .She did no take any drugs .She ate candy that was tainted with drugs. She is a victim of a crime that occurred on school property. The way they have handled this situation is deplorable.Thank goodness it wasn't another much more harmful or poisonous substance. No one should blame this child for doing anything other than eating a peice of candy on school grounds And all that have harmed her her should be ashamed and made to feel very sorry for punishing her
-
This happened to my son. He was offered a brownie. The kid that brought them, took them without permission from their older brother. The little ones had no idea. Lots of students ended in the hospital. The administration wanted to suspend all the kids. Parents fought back. Even the police knew they weren't guilty.
-
This is crazy! It is a shame that it is so dangerous to send your kids to school these days.
-
Why suspend the kid?! She didn’t know! Seems like mom didn’t have anything to do with it either!!! So now she’s got a suspension on her school record!!! Yeah mom, fight that with all you got.
-
So let me get this straight, the child gets poison while on school property, eats it and gets so sick she could have died…then they decide to punish her? It doesn’t matter if she knew or not, I don’t believe she knew. The other child may not have known it was poison, what child turns down candy?
-
this is horrible. how does this 9year old know anything about drugs?! and she got suspended? suspend or expell the kid that gave it to her! better yet take that kids parent to jail! school. 😡😢
-
This child should not have been punished. She took CANDY from a FRIEND. It looked like candy, it tasted like candy. She didn't take it from a stranger.
-
Nobody is allowed to blame a child for accepting candy when it's offered to them! It's a CHILD. They are learning and growing , their brain functions are not even finished developing, they are too young to know what drugs are, and God forbid we have to teach CHILDREN how to Not be Drugged!? What a genuinely horrifying reality we live in that this would be an issue.
-
Sue the school, administration, the childs parents. This was a poisoning on school grounds. This would be a completely different story if it was fentanyl laced 😩
-
Blaming the little girl is ridiculous. They need to find out exactly who she got the candy from and deal with the irresponsible adults who allowed their child to bring that to school and endanger other people's children. They're being irresponsible with their drugs.
-
What a way to treat a victim! The principal should be fired.
-
This is equivalent to someone drugging your drink without your knowledge at a bar and you get arrested for drinking it 💀💀
-
This is messed up. I’m disgusted about what the school has treated her. Blaming an innocent girl. But at least she’s okay.
-
Thank you for sharing this video. I am glad to see this video and this topic. Can’t wait to see what u post next

Don’t punish an innocent child, she’s already traumatized by a neglectful educational system. That’s a form of bullying from the principal, totally unacceptable behaviour
