It’s great that after all these years, Kylian Mbappe is at Real Madrid once and for all and some are excited about this transfer because they’re going to have an unstoppable team since they have a lot of great players and they’re coming off the back of another champions league title and have added a player to his caliber, others think that it was a weak move because he joined a team that is already good and believed that he should’ve joined earlier. The best thing about this transfer is that you signed him on a free. Him Vinicius Junior Jude Bellingham Rodrygo etc; this is Modern Day Galacticos and a FIFA career mode team. Some believe that they signed a player who is already shown signs of declining and yes he struggled at the EUROs, at the same time, I disagree with the narrative that he’s past his best. It’s true that at the stage of his career, he needs Real Madrid more than they need him since they’ve proven that with or without him, they can win big trophies at the highest level, he made the best decision of his career regardless of the timing of the move and it was a match made in heaven and he’s following in the footsteps of his idol Cristiano Ronaldo. This is a transfer that ticks all the boxes for him.
