During Prime Minister Modi's speech in the Rajya Sabha, Leader of the Opposition Kharge was denied the opportunity to speak. This led to a walkout by Congress-led bloc parties. Chairman Dhankhar condemned the walkout, calling it an insult to the Constitution. Modi reiterated his duty to be accountable for his government's performance. Watch!
