Elizabeth Amini is a social entrepreneur with a background in science. She learned data analysis while working as a scientist at JPL/NASA.     I would add : 11/ Physical contact ( touching) with people, or at least with pets, animals, plants. 12/ Breathe deeply to insure good oxygenation of your blood 13/ Sleep well & enought 14/ Take sunlight baths daily 15/ Drink a lot of pure water
