Grant Combi Boiler Wifi Controlled Timer Relay Install using Tapo Smart Plugs (Saves oil and money)

This all started because I noticed my boiler kicking on during the middle of the night. And wanted to save it from burning oil / money needlessly when I don't need hot water. But I didn't want to use a simple mechanical timer that most people use as its harder to manually override.
Using WiFi switches lets me schedule a timer, but also override that If i want to take a 4am shower for example.
Using WiFi relays would be a lot easier to wire in, but I already have tapo cameras and smart plugs so didn't want yet another app on my phone. I also like tapo integrations with other automation like 'if this then that' (IFTTT) and google.
I also trust Tapo to be around for a long time. The trouble with cheap wifi relays are that if the company shuts down, the cloud servers go down, and now your wifi switches no longer work. So pick something popular if you want to be sure they will still be here working X years from now.
