This video shows a pasta recipe where tomatoes are not just used for the flavor but also used to cook the pasta because the water inside the tomatoes will kind of steam the pasta while baking in the oven. The ingredients are the same ones that we would use in a classic tomato salad, so we could call this like ... a baked salad :-)

    Since I got my new commercial oven I started to bake almost everything, not just bread or pizza. This time I baked pasta. Easy to do, you can try it too 😘
