Many older Florida homes are not equipped with furnaces. I lived in one of them. Had to use a space heater and turn on the oven.

We get a couple of cold days like that each winter. Last year the coldest morning in my area was 28°. This year the coldest morning has been 38°.

As a Floridian after this all the grass was dead. Only some plants (that aren’t big) survived. It rained after that and it flooded a bit

Good for reduction of insects. Lol I like the way flies, mosquitos and spiders disappear when it snows. Snakes go bye bye too.
