Russia and China seek a trade advantage in the Arctic

The Hess guy gentleman appears to be extremely self cantered. He keeps on blabbering about Russian aggression against Ukraine without paying any attention to NATO EXPANSION in violation of assurances given to erstwhile USSR, and the arming, training and trying to turn Ukraine into a NATO country in violation of Ukraine neutrality constitution and the USA assurances given to USSR. The guy is simply blind to the comprehensive security for all treaty proposed by Russia in December 2021. I wonder if others have referred to it . If anybody was interested in non-aggression and Security interests of all concerned countries , they would have negotiated hard and fast with Russia about the treaty and prevented the destruction of Ukraine and the death of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians. As Professor John meresheimer Convincinglyputs it, the West that includes USA HAS NEVER BEEN INTERESTED IN PEACE. THEY WANTED TO WEAKEN AND TAKE CONTROL OF RUSSIA AND ITS VAST NATURAL RESOURCES, EFFECT REGIME CHANGE BY PROVOKING RUSSIA INTO INSTABILITY THROUGH UKRAINE. THAT’S HOW A CONSTITUTIONALLY ELECTED GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE WAS PULLED down And a puppet government was installed. There is little possibility for the west arriving at a reasonable compromise that is mutually beneficial, with Russia and China. Because of that, China and Russia will come together CLOSER , and in all probability, the rest will BOYCOTT Russia and China to the extent possible, and Russia and China will expand their trade and political ties with rest of the world, which will continue to develop and a new old order will slowly come into shape! It will take time, but in history a 50 or hundred years is small time. Those of us alive today, may not be able to see this New world order ! But future generations will ! Amen
