Does the photo have to be at sundown? I cant get it to take the picture. I did try going off the end of the dock to reset the character also.

Started this challange 3 days ago and still cant catch thia fish tried every bati every lure nothing worked i was trying even up 5 hook and still nothing can it be bugged or something?
