    Olive oil Whole natural foods as close to nature as possible 1. Red and yellow fruits and vegetables - 5 to 7 servings (serving = 1/2 cup) Dark green leafy veggies 2. Whole and cracked grains...NOT the pulverized grain, NOT the flour! 3 to 5 servings (serving = 1/2 cup) E.g. brown basmati rice, quinoa 3. Extra virgin olive oil, walnut or cashew oil 4. Seafood...sable fish aka butterfish (2 to 3 servings) 5. Herbs and spices...rosemary, basil, cinnamon, chillies curry powder, ginger, turmeric, sage. Recipe...Curried Cauliflower Soup Put half cup raw cashews in a blender and grind fine. Pour in one cup cold water. Blend on high for 3 minutes. Saute one onion diced in two teaspoons extra virgin olive oil. Add turmeric, curry powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon. Add cauluflower and water and simmer 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Add sugar and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Now add the cashew milk. Garnish with cilantro.

  • I've switched to an Anti Inflammatory all organic diet in April after diagnosis of Celiac and Fibrosis F3 and NASH S3 Liver disease. I've suffered from numerous chronic, extremely debilitating medical issues for decades. I finally have a better quality of life, most of those chronic medical issues are now GONE Fibromyalgia for almost 24 years, chronic inflammation, Achilles Tendonitis, chronic GERD, brain Fog -- ALL GONE. No longer pre diabetic, no longer needing cane to walk, mental health improving
