Chicken Shanghai

Shanghai also known as spring rolls or lumpiya by Filipinos is a deep fried appetizer. This appetizer is often served during celebrations lik Christmas, fiestas, birthday and special occasions. Shanghai is usually made of pork or chicken, as well as, vegetab;eslike onions, carrots, and garlic, wrapped in shanghai or lumpia wrapper. It is then deep fried until golden and crispy. This version of shanghai is perfect for those who doesnt' it pork or someone who prefers a healthier version of this popular deep-fried finger food.

Ingredients:

-4 pcs chicken breasts
-1 pack Vermicelli noodles
-2 pcs cloves garlic
-Bunch of onion spring
-1 pcs chopped carrot
-Salt & pepper to taste
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-Wrapper
-Oil

Procedure:
1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients like chicken breasts, vegetables and noodles soaked in water. Season with salt, pepper and osyter sauce.
2. Prepare wrapper by cutting it in half.
3. Lay wrapper on top of a clean surface, put a spoonful of the mixture into the wrapper.
Lift end and both sides of the wrapper, enclosing the mixture. Roll into a log.
4. Deep fried shanghai until golden and crispy.
5. Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
