I was able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken 3 months apart. First one in Jan, second in March. You must apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into scalp with very firm pressure. Avoid pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. There's been less hair fall overall. I use it at night, the serum doesn't make your hair greasy, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. I also, switched pillows cases to a satin material so that my sleep is easier on my hair.

Never cut my hair since two years now and I have no split ends nowhere. You don't necessarily have to cut your hair. Some people tend to have more problems with split ends than others.

Those whose hair got cut short and only have about 12 days left until we go back to school..😭 👇

Im here after a bad fucking haircut i look ugly asf thank you for saving my life
  • In the summer I put some olive oil and apply an egg to my scalp, it feels chilly right from the fridge. Then I go outside to meet the sun and massage my head until I get scrambled eggs. Then I meditate for 30 minuts, and my hair clear and shiny again(sometimes there is a bit of bird shit, but it's rare ocasion).

Cut split ends every 6 to 8 months, that’s right, you read that right. Use more conditioner than shampoo if your hair is long but otherwise use more shampoo than conditioner. Use leave-in conditioner and a light weight oil for your ends ( like olaplex oil or ouai oil cuz have heat-protection ), use heat-protection spray, a little goes a long way so apply in sections and brush through, and yeah that’s basically it. Xoxo ❤️

Yes, it's always the weird one that work the best
  • I've heard about the conditioner thing too! I forgot who it was from, but the recommended was to condition your hair more often than washing it with shampoo. It was from a reputable source too, otherwise I don't think I'd remember it. Lol maybe Dr Mike in his video talking about why you shouldn't shower everyday? Not too sure. But yes the oils will get washed away. It's also not necessary to wash your hair if it isn't sweaty or has environmental crud in it I suppose. After a certain age, I stopped washing my hair as often as I used to, twice a day til I was 25 maybe 🤷 I'm 34 now and think my hair has never been healthier. I just 'water' it if I'm in the shower 😂 Surprised you didn't mention washing your hair with as cold water as you can tolerate. Apparently using hot water also isn't good for the same reason as washing with shampoo often for x reasons I've also heard.
  • If you’re “applying it from the inside out” then wouldn’t you just eat more eggs, so they can be “inside” your body?

The cutting of hair like half an inch every two months is real shit. I’ve experienced it myself.

You can also put coconut oil on your hair which repairs your hair better then the regular oils in your hair
