We bought a used one (2005 model) about 8 years ago for $7000. The new one is not much different. Ours gets used every year and has been reliable and very useful. There are many used ones out there that can save you a huge amount of money. The new price is just crazy high.

Note about the Laveo Dry Flush toilet… It doesn’t incinerate waste, it vacuum seals and compresses it. Then, like you said, you change the cartridge after X number of flushes. Doesn’t use any water.
  • @jerrydowse5061
That is one impressive camper,Thanks for the tour Rob.
  • @Atwater20
I had to laugh at the weld within 0.00026 comment. Welding can't be done anywhere near that tolerance. 🤣🤣
  • @lankey6969
You've inspired me to fold my wallet and put it back in my pocket.
  • @djfitzgerald2193
When I first saw it i thought of the old high -low trailers you look old and gray so you probably remember them 😊
  • @jcparker500
This is a really cool trailer. I like the aluminum construction and it's a great concept. However, if you're going to pull this off road at all, independent suspension is really necessary to keep it from bouncing all over.
  • @stevemassa6802
Should come with 20k in cash. That price is absolutely insane
  • @timethious54
Fantastic walk through !!❤😊 I'm really excited about the 720 !👌👍✌️
  • @valynteena
Very nicely built. Thank you for sharing
  • @optymystyq
Have seen a couple of your videos before and finally suscribed today. Thanks for having the manufacturer give the tour! BTW, Robert looks just like Ricky from "Trailer Park Boys" down to the bowling shirt! : D
  • @usa91787
This has been around for decades. It's called a Hi - Lo camper. First one was built in 1956.
  • @Flyingfrogs2y
Pretty cool! I’m thinking about their prices. But hey everyone knows you are paying for what type of glamping you’re doing. Thanks Rob very cool to see something new and unique!
  • @robine6337
It comes with all the extras, other campers it’s all additional cost.
  • @gramarmy
I was super interested until I saw the $50k price tag at the 10:30 mark! Holy crap yall are out of your MIND! This trailer shouldn't be more than $30k - $35k based on what is available on the market in that price range.
  • HINT: this is a fascinating idea, very useful indeed, the only thing that wd stop me from buying it, is that the fridge is too small and it sits on the floor, so i wd have to get on my hands n knees to get anything out of it, or put anything into it.
  • It's called a wrap around weld , I do these all the time when programming robots to weld . It's a really nice setup from the old 70's popup we used to use with the arms you push up and springs, I get that Trail Manor is trying to fit 32 feet of trailer into a small package that a smaller pickup or large SUV could easily tow without any complicated hitches and truck upgrades . This innovation comes with a hefty price tag unfortunately, this unit is for the weekend warrior who gets an E-mail Thursday night saying they don't have to work the weekend. They can book a small camp site last minute and go, where people like me have to book months in advance to get a large enough site. I tend to live in my trailer full time for work and this setup would not be for me, too much setup and tear down for my liking, also to many gaps for winter camping. The thing that I really don't understand and is a big turn off for me is going with white everywhere. This is not just Trail Manor this is a lot of trailers, when we were shopping for a toy hauler all of the trailers had almost everything white. Toy haulers are expected to have dirty people occupying them with dirt bikes and side by sides and other things that get accumulations of dirt on them. If you are going to be moving into a retirement trailer and your considered a senior citizen, the odds of getting grubby hands on anything will be slim to none. When you have a young family with kids that like to get dirty and touch everything or like me constantly repairing and upgrading the trailer your hands will get dirty fast.
