  • Wah! Chef aap kamaal hi ho! Pehle toh I was having serious doubts while watching ki kaise spice powders ko bhune bina aap direct ubaal rahe they 🫣 Lekin aapki Chicken brining method maine try ki hain and it has been a game changer for my biryanis ! So with that faith in ur techniques I went and tried this just today - its sooo tasty even without the tadka !!!🤩waiting for guests to arrive and then will put the tadka just before serving ! So excited to have found such an awesome technique! Thank you v v much! 😊🙏

This is my new favorite kitchen tool! Day 1 I was going to pressure cook a meat youtube.com/post/UgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxX… and potato stew, decided I wouldn't eat it that night so I went with a slow cook so I could go to bed and put it away in the morning. I love that versatility! The sauté feature works great and adds tons of extra flavor to dishes, and I can easily sizzle meats in the bottom then deglaze for some restaurant worthy flavors.Big bonus - you can cook a whole frozen chicken in about 2 hours. Amazing! I've seen a couple videos, haven't tried it yet, but I will soon!

Thanks a ton. I live in USA. We don't get tasty chole in restaurants here. I watched this video and made it at home. You made it very easy. Taste was awesome. My kids have grown on American food. Even they liked it. They called it best chole in the world. So thank you for sharing the recipe.
