Palestinian factions sign national unity agreement in Beijing

14 Palestinian groups have signed a reconciliation agreement in Beijing. The factions which include Hamas and Fatah held two days of talks to smooth out details of the deal. They agreed to 'comprehensive national unity' within the frame of the Palestinian Liberation Organization. They also agreed on joint action to stop the Israeli aggression in Gaza. James Dorsey, senior fellow at Singapore's S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, weighs in.
