IF TRAINING PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK

    Rotating programs is such a powerful concept. Prevents accommodation, eliminates boredom, etc. I know it's just periodization but saying "rotating programs" really makes the concept click. It's something that everybody else's training programs do not teach. Thanks!

    Hello, I read your book "Fit In One Year" and I am now following the program. I do have a question or would like some advice. I am a female and have been lifting for over a year. With your program, my weights started out a little higher because of that. So with it being a 12 week program in the level one, I will probably be maxing out (as in I don't have higher weights to use) on some of the lifts, for example the goblet squats (I can only get to 70 lbs for max using a kettlebell as I don't have anything heavier to use). Do you suggest I stick with the level one for 12 weeks even if I cannot go up in weight? Thanks.
