π¨ Recipe π¨
Ingredients:
2 tenderloins
2 tsp where's your sister sauce
4 tsp your favorite Jerk paste
2 tsp jerk seasoning
Sauce:
1/2 cup fav BBQ sauce
1 tsp jerk paste
Preparation:
-trim silver skin and excessive fat from tenderloin
-score both sides to create more surface area for the grill
-marinate with jerk paste overnight if you have the patience, if not 2-4 hours is great
-mix coleslaw dressing and store overnight for best flavor
-next day, preheat grill 275F and smoke indirect with apple wood or your favorite for 1hr 45min.
-move to direct heat and grill until 145F , saucing in the last 5-10min.
-allow meat to rest 10min before slicing for a juicy product.
-assemble on toasted slider buns and top with coleslaw.
-be prepared to not want to share after that first bite!
