I like how the Vitamix blends the greens and fruits, so smoothly. I especially like my green smoothies cold. So I usually freeze my fruit, so that I have a thick, creamy smoothie. Great for the summer time and keeping cool.

Thank you so much! Yes, this Beginner's Luck is delicious. This is particularly great for someone who is just starting to drink green smoothies because it has a pleasant taste, not too sweet and just the right combination and the right choices of veggies and fruit, so a "beginner" is more likely to enjoy green smoothies., because it's so tasty. I sometimes replace mango for pineapple.

Thanks Jen! Love SGS and the video; Please keep them coming! I just started blending a few weeks ago and your 7-day beginners guide was exactly what I needed. I stumbled upon SGS after a health scare when I was looking for new ways to adjust to life after my diagnosis. Your channel, emails, etc. have truly been a blessing! Thank you again! ❤️

Definitely going to try this recipe! I hope that tip about blending just the leaves and water first will help my ninja with creaminess.

This smoothie is what started my love for making smoothies! I like how you explained about blending the spinach first with a less powerful blender. For a long time I didn't know this and had pieces of spinach or kale in my smoothie. Once i doscovered this trick, it made a huge difference. Looking forward to more videos!

This is very small, but I love how you added little tips to help with the smoothie making: like the suggestions for people who don't like bananas (either substituting the banana for avocado or even just cutting down on the banana) and what it does for the recipe (makes it creamier) and also how you can add all ingredients if you have a high powered blender. Those small tips helped!
  • @NotMine2Carrie
I love how powerful it is ... I always have to blend my liquid & spinach first! Can't wait to try your recipe.
