    Only at the first few second of the video but just a heads up, my old soccer coach used to yell at us for bending over when we were trying to catch our breath because you’re technically folding over on your lungs/crushing them making it harder for air to pass through. A better way is to place both hands on top of your head with your elbows out while breathing at good pace
  • I lost 30 pound jump roping for a 3 months. I didn’t think of it as exercise though I just did it for fun with my cousin and was shook to see how much weight I lost.

    Guys I lost 13 pounds just from drinking apple cider vinegar, eating healthy, intermediate fasting, and working out with jump ropes always included.

    does anyone else want to officially start their weightloss journey after failing too many times but then you think you know what to do but see different people doing different stuff and you get so overwhelmed because you don't know what to do anymore and you give up and cry? i wanted to do weight lifting and cardio on separate days 4 times a week but now i'm not sure anymore this shouldn't be so hard but it is, i can't seem to come up with a plan, and i have a binge eating disorder and it gets so hard to control my eating so i've been on a cycle of trying to lose weight for over 3 years and i keep gaining and losing the same 5 kilos every time it's so frustrating i wish i could get out of this cycle. it's like i don't even wanna try anymore because i'm so impatient and i know i'll gain the weight back again

  • My first thought when I started this video was how beautiful you look. When you got on the weight scale and it read 188.5 lbs I was knocked out. That's because I weigh 175 lbs and have always thought of myself as ugly. You made me realize that if I find you so pretty then maybe I'm not so bad either. So thank you so much for making me love myself more :)

    Weight loss isn't always about how much weight you lose, it's about how you look at it. You build muscle by doing exercises and muscle is heavy, so while your weight on scale has no difference, the way your body looks is different. Thought I should say it to those who struggle

    If you're feeling short of breath it's best to raise your hands and put them your head. It allows room for your lungs to really expand for you to take in bigger breaths
  • This is for the people looking all over YouTube seeing people gain results quickly. I’m on day 11 I don’t see results yet. It doesn’t happen that quickly. Please don’t get discouraged and keep pushing through. ❣️

    I started incorporating jump rope this week as a warm up before doing my Chloe ting work outs! I do 1000 and it takes me 8 minutes! U did good sis!! ❤️❤️ Also can I just say you are literally one of the prettiest girls I’ve ever seen! You are gorgeous! x
  • this WORKED went from 162.6 to 155.4 !! i’m gonna keep doing this. ofc i added some more of my workouts and only ate when i ACTUALLY felt hungry not bored! thanks girly

    My bf bought me a jump rope that tracks calories as soon as it arrives I’m doing this challenge !!!!! You are really one of the reasons I started my journey.. your 80 pound weight loss video was one of my inspiration videos I used to help me get started and help me continue ! I’ve lost 40 pounds in 2 months and this is the first time in 3 years I’ve been under 200 pounds !!!
