    You can physically see how her body is changing (especially in her stomach region) throughout the workout clips! People lose fat differently and just because you didn't get her results doesn't mean her results are fake.

  • Lost 2.6kg doing the Chloe Ting Two week shred challenge... they work... and I wasn't even doing them properly and I skipped days and sometimes did half sessions... so imagine with a little more perseverance... results aren't fake fam... You encouraged me to keep going ❣

    For people saying this looks fake: I mean can you just look at the before and after, it really doesn’t look like she’s sucking in her stomach in the after or pushing out her belly in the before. This looks super realistic. Just because someone’s results doesn’t look like ours doesn’t automatically mean it’s fake. Everyone progresses differently and have different results. And girl, you look amazing !! Your hard work and determination is inspiring 💕✨

  • Yes Chloe ting work outs do work, stop being lazy start doing it, i did it and i lost weight especially on my tummy, if u really want to look good then do it ! Trust me you guna be in pain but its worth it, every time u look at the mirror u guna be like dang im looking hot!😎 🔥

    I am day 3 of chloe tings 14 day ab work out 😭😭 I can confirm that it is the hardest ab workout I have ever done 😭 but seeing people’s transformations keeps me motivated ✨👏🏾 I have also decided to meal prep and go to gym 3 times a week.

    Those that are saying the hips look altered should use their eyes. Like she already had hips in her before in the thumbnail she just covering it up and her stomach is larger. She more toned now . Ppl are so quick to judge when things don’t work out for them. 😑
