Learned this recipe from a friend and my family loved it so much i cook it once a week! Lumpiang pastil is made by boiling chicken breast for 12 mins with salt, garlic, whole peppercorn and dried bay leaves. Then shred it into thin strips and saute with onions, garlic, season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and a bit of sugar. Saute until meat is a bit toasted for that crunchy flavor. Now wrap in lumpia wrapper, add a slice of boiled egg and then fry.

INGREDIENTS:
400 grams Chicken Breast
20 pieces Lumpia Wrapper
3 medium Boiled Eggs
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 medium Onion (diced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Oil
