Ingredients

Tilapya
Ginger- 1 medium
Onion- 1 medium
Whole Pepper Corn- 1 tbsp.
Pechay
Cabbage- 1 small
Potato- 2 medium
Carrots- 1 medium
Green Beans- 100 grams
Fish Sauce- 6 tbsp.
Liquid Seasoning- 1 tbsp.
Water- 5 cups


Procedure

●Clean and Prepare all the ingredients.
●Fry the Tilapya.
●Boil 5 cups of water
(Add Onion, Ginger, Whole pepper corn, Fish Sauce, Liquid Seasoning, Boil for 2minutes).
●Add Carrots, Potato, Boil another 2minutes.
●Add Pechay, Cabbage, Green Beans, Tilapya, Boil for 3minutes.
●Turn the fish.
●Salt to taste ( defend on your preference).
●Simmer for 4minutes.
Its Done!
One of the best fish soup in the Philippines.
