Hito Adobo sa Gata ( Spicy Version)

Ingredients
● Catfish/ Hito - 1kg
● Coconut Milk - 2cups
● Garlic - 8cloves (minced)
● Onion - 2medium (chopped)
● Ginger - 1medium (chopped)
● Vinegar - 3tbps.
● Soy Sauce - 7tbsp.
● Liquid Seasoning - 1tbsp.
● Fish Sauce - 1tbsp.
● Liver Spread - 1tbsp
● Black Ground Pepper - Dash
● Green Chili - 1pcs
● Red Chilis - 1pcs
● Oil

Procedure
● Heat the Pan
● Add Oil
● Sauté Ginger, Garlic (wait until it becomes light brown), Onion (wait until transluscent).
● Add tha Fish ( simmer for 2minutes, turn each side).
● Add Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Liquid Seasoning, Pepper, Fish Sauce
● Simmer for 3minutes
● Add Coconut Milk
● Let it boil for 3minutes in low to medium flame.
● Turn each side, boil for another 3 minutes.
● Cover, and let it Simmer for another 3minutes or until the liquid is reduced.
● Serve hot, with rice and cold water or drinks.
