A girl in my math class was singing this. She has the most lovely voice and she was so into singing this. I think I have a crush on her. We’re friends but I wished I talked to her more. Update as of 10/6/21: Im a freshman in college now. But when I graduated, I wrote a whole paragraph in her yearbook about how happy she made me feel when she used to wave and smile at me despite the fact that we didn’t have class together. it was a small brief interaction between us in the hallway. It was just something little that made my day better. Anyway, after I wrote my paragraph in her yearbook she ending up tearing up and writing her phone number in mine along with her little paragraph about how we should keep in contact. But senior and junior year of high school she ended up dating one of her soccer guy friends over the pandemic. I still have her phone number in my yearbook but I’m nervous to text her and keep in contact. I think I’m just going to let her go. For clarity, I wrote my comment when I was in 10th grade lol because she was in my algebra 2 class at the time. But i have a really cool art/film major roommate who I now have a crush on and idk if it’s because we live together or it’s because she’s so cool. We go on these small dates to museums. I major in biochemistry and I never went out to museums before I met her. Idk if she’s into girls though because there’s a lot of mixed signals but I want to keep her in my life anyway I can. Im so happy I still get little comments about my 10th grade crush. You guys always bring me back here and the best part is, she sang a song one day and I really wrote it down so I can listen to it when I got home. The way I’m smiling right now. Thank you guys. ❤️

This song always makes me cry. I don’t know how to explain it. I have such a vague memory back when I was a toddler of my older sister showing me the music video. Now any time I hear it, I just break into tears because things used to be so much better. Back when a family wasn’t split up across a country.
