Russia's president Vladimir Putin has visited China in what is his first international visit since the start of his fifth presidential term.

Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed his “old friend” Vladimir Putin to Beijing.

Putin said Russia and China wanted a political solution to the 'Ukraine crisis' while Xi called for a two-state solution to the war in Gaza.

The meeting - the third in just over a year - comes as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has raged on for more than two years.

India and China with combined population of almost 3 billion people have both refused to follow west in their dealings with Russia, Also many countries in Africa, Americas and Asia have largely remained neutral and continue doing business with Russia despite threats from US, When the western media say putin is isolated from the world it is crucial to highlight the point that by world they mean their "world" .

Opinionated reporting. Rather than reporting facts, he is giving his opinion
  • Sounds like jealous housewives are gossiping to demean someone... lol

  • @2:00 He thinks Putin is worried of getting arrested and being sent to the international criminal court? Rofl! 😂😂 Seriously dude? Are you serious? Are you out of your mind?? I wonder which country would have the balls to arrest, let alone touch his hair!!😂
  • This is such a great four minute speech by the BBC "journalist." He expressed the feelings and talking points of the US and its Western followers very clearly and thoroughly in his statement.

The problem with the news correspondent is that he is talking from the point of view of the Western politicians who never say what they mean. These two Great Leaders are the initiators of a multipolar world based on trust and cooperation. They have done incredible things for their countries and the countries they do business with, that's why the west is fighting them hand and foot but they are losing miserably in all areas, God Bless Putin and XI.
