Props to Arun for being honest about the product, rather than pretending it is better than it is just becuase he met with the CEO.
  • @MoldingMatty
If I were to ever MEET a CEO, I don’t think I’d be able to turn around and say it was bad or ‘not good’. And then say you’re not hopeful? Props for integrity and character
  • The fact that "call Arun" took so long to process tells you everything you need to know about this device's limitations.
  • @RyanMercer
Just wait for the law enforcement version...
  • @aluzuka
this is why i love MrWhoseTheBoss. he literally met the CEO and knew that he would watch this, but still gave his honest feedback.
  • @Spaceman_u
Ppl say Marques killed the company, but I think Arun went even more brutal and honest on this thing 💀
  • @smlz9721
It's so fucking refreshing to see true opinion and not some sponsored rubbish
  • @thomasarcanine
Guy's unbiased, willing to say NO despite speaking with the CEO, and provides suggestions and critical feedback for product improvement instead of just roasting without basis... Kudos to you, nice job...
  • I respect you for standing up and saying "NO" this is not a necessary purchase item. Especially when you were with the CEO you had every opportunity to upsell the product but you wisely evaluated the pros and cons making it clear that this is just another gimmick. Thanks Arun. This is why I am glad to be a subscriber and will always be.
  • Arun and Marques reviewing this product showed to me why I love them as content creators and tech reviewers: their honesty. I will always use their videos not only to entertain myself, but also to give me a good idea about the product I wish to purchase. And as much as I wanna love the Pin as well, I agree with them. It ain't there. And props to them for being so brutally honest about, despite the fact that—at least in Arun's case—the CEO was present
  • @Ouroboross-
This device is worth no more than 80$. If they were selling it for that I’d buy it. But 700$ is beyond laughable

"This isn't a medical device." The Ceo gives a disclaimer as an attempt to avoid liability for false advertisement instead of being upfront and transparent about the device's capabilities and limitations.

Reviews like this are genuinely what demonstrate the quality of your reviews. They are honest, detailed, comprehensively address every aspect, and your criticism isn't one dimensional-- you give genuine feedback to implement to the company so it can improve on its next product.

If I was blind, I would buy this. There are instances when being told what is in front of you could really increase quality of life. Sure, you probably know what cereal is in your cupboard (and maybe added brail tags), but having a new room described to you could be really helpful. Or an outdoor space.

I truly appreciate Arun's dedication to speaking his mind without feeling pressured to speak positively of a product just because he got to spend some hands-on time with it.

0:33 I thought it was gonna say "Sorry, I don't understand, pls repeat the question." 😅

You know a place where this device like this would be perfect? A Star Trek Starship. Powerful enough processing capacity to host its own AI model, spacious and populated enough to justify day to day use for users, enough mission profile variety for users to fully utilize the badge's functionality. This basically combined the combadge and the tricorder
  • So if I put my phone in my chest pocket I have the same device in 1000 times faster and more accurate? Just without the stupid projector!
