1. airbnb will definitely give you your money back. 2. definitely leave a review and file a complaint w/airbnb, that person has no business renting on that site. 3. good deal on leaving. i owe NO ONE an apology if i don't feel comfortable ... i'm out! i don't care if it makes someone else feel a certain way about my leaving ... i'm GONE!

Please fight this case with Airbnb. The protocol was not at all followed. He will do this to another customer!!! Your opinion will matter and save others of the hassle.

Ohhhh my god I am SOOO happy you followed your gut!!! I can't imagine what i would have done.. And your parents!! Omg they are probably sooo shaken up!! You can Deff get a refund. For the room, the valet, all of it. do no let this go! Save those texts too. Contact AirB&B. Contact them on every platform and they won't take this lightly

girl you gotta be careful in Miami..i dont know what part youre in but there's a lot of scammers!! always be vigilant and aware of your surroundings. I wish you and Alex safe travels!
