Anybody who paints walls knows that you always remove the wall plates from switches and plugs.

I've been a carpenter for over 30 yrs, there's always new things to learn 👍
-
Why not remove 1 or 2 screws to take off any plates instead of painting around it?
-
I'm going to guess, before starting the video, that there's nothing in the video, which will "save your career".

Great tips but, none are really explained and the video moves too fast ti figure most out. Some explanation of tips/tricks would be a huge help. Thanks, for the video.

I appreciate your tips. However, the paper backing on drywall is not a good replacement for drywall tape. Maybe in a pinch but if your doing construction just do it right.

I hate when home owners cover up beautiful hardwood floors with vinyl laminate flooring
-
7:20 - good painters would remove the switch cover before painting. That is a bad hack and very unprofessional.
-
Innovation, artistry, and craftwork is well represented here. Those various skills can take decades to truly master. I appreciate that.
-
I keep ziploc baggies for paintbrushes and the big ziplocs for rollers.
-
I worked in the trades back in the 70's and still amazed at the creation of something brought about by necessity.
-
isn't admitting you have counterfeit coins worse than drilling a hole in a coin?
-
I'm amazed I actually learned a few things thank you.
-
So nice to see something new with tips I've not seen before, thank you.

Always wear eye protection when using a wire brush on a power tool. sharp pieces of wire go flying out. They are far more dangerous than sparks from an angle grinder.
-
14:05 Bad tip, never do this. There needs to be adhesive right to the edge of the hole, as this is where the fixiings are tightened onto the tile.
-
Some of these are awesome! Like the guy using a can to carve scalloped edge. Cost saving idea! Thank you for a great video.
-
8:17 Use a screw instead. That way you can tweak its exact depth as needed to get a perfect fit.
-
Some really good hacks, thanks for sharing!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
