Let's not forget his coach Kugimiya-san being a coach parent and the Japan Gymnast Assoc who contributed greatly on his success. He owes his success to these people. Noon, ang expectation lang ng mga pilipino sa boxing lang tayo may chance na magkaka roon ng gold sa olympics (base sa history ng olympics); pero ngaun, naunahan pa ng weightlifting (last olympics)... tapos at ang nakakamangha na di talaga akalain sa gymnastics pa magkakaroon ng another gold sa olympics, na dominant ng mga westerners, at east asian countries (china, japan, korea),, pero ngaun back-to-back gold pa! dahil sa tagumpay na yan ni carlos yulo.. dito lang talaga makikita na kailangan lang talaga ng suporta kasi marami pang filipino grassroots na puedeng maging future carlos yulo sa gymnastics, at sa iba pang sports olympics.!

I pray more success for this young man, he deserves every oz of it. One thing about the Philippines 🇵🇭, the whole country will be rooting for you like no other; you made your country proud.

For the record (As of Aug 5). Sa lahat ng bansa sa southeast asia na lumalaban ngayon sa Olympics 2024. Ang Pilipinas pa lang ang ka una-unahang nagka medalya, at Ginto pa, at naging dalawa pa talaga. Maraming salamat Caloy! Mabuhay ka!

He is really exceptional. There are many young people who has potential but no one support them. I chatted many athletes and they told me that when they were just starting , they support themselves financially. Government only support them when they make name for themselves. And now the whole country want to take these achievement from him and to his team. Ang hilig maki ride.
