I am so excited about this and decided to work overtime tonight to check out this first every modularity in star citizen history - The Retaliator Cargo Module. Even though this cargo module is extremely small and probably not as useful as its torpedo module, but this is a very good start. Enjoy!

By the way, the Talli has never been armed with anything other than torpedoes in the pilot's chair.

It sounds amazing! also the bathroom and captain's bed is on the other side of the corridor.

If I recall correctly, there is drop module and medical module planned. With the heavy armor the Tali could make a great fast infil/exfil ship for both combat and medical responders.

The VTOL capablity and those little engines were present before. But they haven't had that nice effect they do now.

The turrets with decreased peripheral view is fine since turrets are meant to be able to rotate 360 degrees relatively quickly, but those side panels SHOULD imo provide some additional protection. Otherwise it doesnt really make sense.

The best thing about this ship is the tech. It opens the door for more modular ships.

To detach the weapons you have to unlock them first in the cockpit

There is a bathroom on the tali. It's shoved on the right side of the fwd module

Slightly more cargo than I expected which is great. I do know in the past that they did mention shielded cargo and climate controlled cargo, I do hope that the Retaliators modules do come with something like that. I do have to say some of the external work is a bit disappointing, you can see greebling on the outside where you could tell the elevator used to be they just left it.

Glad that the ship is finally gold standard as its one of my favourites looks wise! Really like the sliding airlock cover as it gives Rocinante vibes from The Expanse (which the Tali pretty much fills the same role of). Not sure I like the new turret design as they are quite boxy compared to the more streamlined old ones. Also feels like the front cargo bay could have been slightly wider if it had different side windows when equipped. Alternate munition rack modules, for maximum missile spam (and other payloads) when? :P

Dear Cpt_Foxyloxy I think you have forgotten the crew quarters, which can be reached via a ladder behind the cockpit.

Been waiting years for this, looks absolutely amazing.

I still don't understand why we would want to carry cargo in the tali and not torpedos .Give me a vertical bomb module .
  • @FrazzleCat
Ohh the other video I watched of these modules didn't show any buttons for lowering the cargo ramps. This is a nice update. Thanks for the vid.
  • Love you videos as always! I would have loved to see you try to fit the ROC (might have to use the tractor beam). Remember that the ROC fits in the Nomad's cargo grid which is also 3 scu wide.

The fuses are in the engineering experimental mode in AC right now. Along with the engineering panel.

This is really exciting, and will open up so many ship options and new ships. It's also pretty cool to see those vehicles inside

That's wild. It feels like they're finally trying to finish the game. Exciting times.
