My daughter is in Greenville, NC. She had three tornado warnings already since 4:30am. Praying for everyone in the path of this storm.

Thanks so much, Mitch. Tornado warnings in my area came in at 2:50am. A tornado touched down in a community 10 miles from us. Damaged 10 homes and 1 school. One gentleman is still missing. Please pray that he will be found alive.

Prayers have been answered but we are in the 4 out of 4 flash flooding pink area of Franklin County Virginia so the rivers and creeks are gonna swell something bad!! Stay safe out there y'all I am sending prayers for everyone effected by this 🙏🏻

My girlfriend and her family are right in the middle of this store in Georgetown, this was the last message that I got from her yesterday when it all started Tornadoes are touching down all around me..sirens going off..it's terrifying...I'm stuck in a trailer alone with my dogs..mom's alone and there's tornadoes touching down by her too sirens going off there too..I gotta keep my on charge and battery saver in in case we lose power..u can hear the sound of the tornadoes they're so close..sounds like a train literally..rds are flooded so bad Noone can get out... 😢 I hoping that they are all alive and in a safe place😢

Mitch, I enjoy and appreciate your coverage of the storm. Please, as a man of God, which I believe you are, please remind people this is how God blesses the whole of the Eastern and Southern half of the USA with life-giving water. The storms are in part why we chose to live in the South and the East. Sometimes, we get so caught up with excitement and details about God's wonders that we forget the reason He put them there in the first place. God bless and keep up the good work.
