For everyone saying this is fake, (which I thought was as well), George Stephanopoulos has apologized through his spokesperson and said he shouldn't have commented, and ABC released a separate statement saying George's views are his own and does not represent the company's.

For those who are saying that's not George Stephanopoulos...ABC already released a statement saying he is speaking for himself and not the network. If that wasn't him in the video they would have simply pointed that out and said it wasn't even George in the video.
