  • I am a camping addict & do so every chance I get. Unfortunately, last year while camping & exploring I fell off a cliff & broke my back. I finally got to go camping almost a year later. It was magic. However I thought I picked up a tummy bug & went home early only to end up in hospital the next day. It wasn’t a tummy bug, I have stage 3 cancer. I just had my last chemo & as soon as I get my strength back I’m going again, just me & my doggie. Your videos are great! They have helped to keep me in a happy place during this hard patch.
  • I told my family that I started watching these camping videos that seemed to have a calming meditative effect on me. Turns absolutely everyone agrees. What a gift you are to so many people. Thank you for your energy and time.
  • There was something different about that video Andy, I'm not sure what, but it was very enjoyable. Well done for tolerating a whole night in the sorting hat
  • @claramullen
Andy I just can't help but smile about your sounds of appreciation for good food.

The morning mist was magical, you were like a graceful butterfly emerging from your cocoon!🦋🦋🦋🦋
  • @HelenNetallica
Your laugh when fell into the “tent” made me laugh just as much 😂
  • @pattybates5717
Brilliant! I’d even attempt to sleep in that hanging hammock for a piece of that bread. Thanks for sharing the adventure and giving us a little laugh

I am SOOO impressed with your Dutch Oven bread. I've been baking all kinds of bread years... (50!) but I haven't had any luck with Dutch Oven bread. I used to volunteer at a historical village in Massachusetts (United States). We called the cast iron stand for the cast iron pots we used when we were cooking on or next to a fire a "spider".

A thoroughly nice man making just lovely videos.Thank you Andy!
  • After I watched you patiently try to make a “silk purse out of a sow’s ear”, I think it would be more comfortable to rig it as a teepee on the ground. Kids would love it!! Thanks for inspiring all of us to use our imagination & don’t be afraid to try something different.
  • I'm with you Andy. I too hate the heat. Agree that colder weather is much easier!
  • @gtingaming716
I love your videos, I suffer from a lot of anxiety brought on by a health condition, your videos help me greatly. Thank you so much!!!
  • WHAT A MAN !!!!! Elegant shelter.. luxury food ....fresh air .... someone hit the jackpot with you x😊
  • @kingrafa3938
It's a great feeling when Andy uploaded a new video.
  • Oh, this is awesome, Andy. I have no idea if this is a comedy 🤣, cooking, or tent testing site 🤔. You have never failed to inform and make me laugh, Andy. You are so amazing. Thank you from New Zealand 🇳🇿 😊
  • I can sleep on a washing line in a thunderstorm but there's absolutely no way I would attempt to sleep in that! 👍😂😂

I like this channel. I'm from Australia and i love camping so these different styles of tent setups are fun to watch an see what is out there for camp gear
  • I agree with you re: the weather 👌 rather be in cold than hot 🌈 love your videos!! You are a genuine person, i fo not get bored watching your channels 😃🦋🌼🐢🤗
  • Love this! No pretense with you Andy. Don't think there is any way one can get in this hammock gracefully 😂
  • @MittenTrolls
Thank you for being willing to try something different and most likely uncomfortable! And the heat and bugs on top of that! You and Simon have inspired me to make bread in a Dutch oven. I did that last weekend in our backyard fire ring and it turned out fine. Only that it burned the bottom. I need a trivet... and cheese for next time. Thank you for all the work you do to bring us these videos. They are fun to watch (you) and they teach and inspire!
