Ayam Cemani Chicken Development from Chick to full grown Rooster! All black Ayam Cemani Rooster growing up. This video is about the Development of a freshly hatched ayam cemani chick to an adult cockerel. I documented the changes of the chick every day for the first few weeks, and every week thereafter, recording all stages of development/aging process and growth from the male chick to the full grown adult rooster. Ayam Cemani chickens are very rare and hard to breed. It is a completely black chicken breed.

    I keep coming back to this post, as I hatched out 3 from a total of like 30 eggs that were shipped. I had a 15 eggs with 1 that hatched, and it is a rooster, and 3 weeks later the replacement eggs, I hatched only 2 out of 15... but they are 70 days old now, and I keep looking for signs of wattles. But so far I don't see any. I might have managed to get 2 pullets.
