As it turns out, this channel collects old cartoons. These videos are NOT "restored," but rather, "embalmed." That is, I've used my trailing-edge technology to add soundtracks to silent cartoons or otherwise re-jigger things in order to dump kartoon kontent into a convenient pile for you, the YouTube viewer.
