Hi 👋 Everyone, welcome to my channel!
My name is Janie Rose, I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2016. Since then I have become an RYT 500 and accumulated 1400 + teacher training hours from amazing teachers in many styles and places from around the America’s. My two favourite styles to practice and teach are Vinyasa and Yin Yoga’s. I feel very blessed to be able to share my love of the practice with you from the breath taking Riviera Maya.
