    I am so Grateful for your videos! My life was turned upside down by a Christmas miracle. Dec 11,2023…. I had. Stroke. I was a Very Uncontrolled type 2 diabetic and am 69 years old.     I have recently lost 15 K in here months with intermittent fasting which just seems to fit my body. I fast for 18 hours and eat for about 5 hours. But I thank you very much for reminding me about eating more vegs and fruits. Thanks 🙏 I will remedy this from tomorrow. I also need to drink more water. I am 77 years young and I have started walking about 30 and sometimes more minutes minutes every day I am also swimming and using the stationary bike and the treadmill as I have recently moved into a building with a pool and a gym. 8 months ago I had COVID and was ill for six weeks and a, slowly building up. My strength. Some days are better than others but I am trying to build good habits.

    I have a question I work 12 hour shift from 6PM to 6AM 3 to 4 days a week, it takes a hour to get to work, so I want to eat healthy but how can I do it if I sleep from 7:30AM TO 3PM, can I eat chicken, ham,turkeys, beef, and can I eat chicken alfredo
