    I've been telling people for years that you can prepare the rice within an hour for frying and it is not necessary to use day old rice. G'day from Queensland Australia 😂👍

  • TRIED IT: used four day old white rice that was never used from Chinese takeout earlier in the week (6 little boxes). Used a whole rotisserie chicken that I deboned and chunked up the meat - including the roasted skin. Used about a tablespoon of fresh grated ginger when I fried up the garlic and the unbattered chicken (since it was already cooked). I didn’t have carrots so I used 1 red & 1 orange pepper and I julienned a zucchini and added just a handful of snow pea pods to the bean sprout stir fry. We like spice, so I added a good teaspoon+ of chili garlic sauce too. Even though I went off the rails a bit, I still followed all the other steps. It turned out really good!! The entire family (of 7) enjoyed it and we had NO leftovers!!!

  • I like to go.out and eat at Kim Sans Chinese Restaurant in Scottsboro Alabama. Their food is delicious. I love the fried rice they serve. They have sweet and sour chicken They have carrots and onion. They have a red sauce good with their soy sauce all good. Yours looks delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋
