the fact that her medical team, friends, and family think she is stable enough to release 4 albums, have 3 world tours, and 2 vegas residencies but don’t think she can handle her own lawyer says a lot about the situation

This is actually insane. Shes was literally an adult. Her dad is literally an abuser and the judge just granted the conservatorship? I hope she sues them all.

People talk a lot a out Britney's father, he is a monster indeed. But Kevin Federline played a major role in her downfall. M-A-J-O-R

I dont like saying it but I feel like the only reason she is still alive is because she doesn't want to leave her kids

Her medical team approved a gigantic world wide tour twice...but she wasnt competent to hire an attorney...sure

Conservatorship on an adult who can still do her job is such a joke, what kind of judge will do that?! The whole thing is insane. I’m 33 tmr I can’t imagine my parent taking control over my life for over a decade, I could gone nuts by day no. 7.

It's heartbreaking that all these strangers on the internet want what's best for her, but her own family only wants her money.

When Britney said “the problem isn’t that my life is out of control, it’s too in control” should’ve been the red flag for everyone back when For The Record came out in 2008, but no one listened.

Our world is massively fucked up. She never had a choice. She never was seen as a human being with dignity. She was a product from day one of her life. I cannot express how impressed I am by her psychological strength to endure this until today. This is one of the strongest woman in this horrific fame world.
  • Her father calls her 'a sick little girl' and says all daughters are 'manipulative and cunning'. That's nonce talk. This guy is one red flag after another.

Lindsay Lohan’s dad is no saint, but he at least had the balls to publicly say what was happening behind closed doors. Britney was failed from every single direction, friends and family.
  • Can't believe Britney was 26 when this happened... I'm 28 and if I were her I would've lost it completely. Britney is so strong, I hope she is free soon.
  • Hearing the part about Brittney locking herself and her child in the bathroom, that breaks my heart. She had to have been so scared when she realized her child was actually getting taken away...As a child, my mother had both severe depression and was in an abusive (on both ends) relationship with my dad, and at one point in my life, she locked me and herself in the bathroom, thinking my dad was going to take me away. We've talked about it now that I'm grown and we're all healed, and she said it was one of the scariest moments of her life, when she knew she was at risk of losing her child. I really feel for Brittney and her sons.

The fact that the judge knowingly deprived Britney of her right to be notified of these actions 5 days in advance, and knew there was no signed letter or paperwork signed by a psychiatrist certifying that Britney lack mental capacity to take care of herself, or her affairs just DISGUSTS me. That JUDGE should be tried, bc I'm betting she was handsomely PAID OFF!
  • This is like a psychological horror film. This is disturbing and heartbreaking. All we can do is have faith that she'll escape the conservatorship and find true happiness with her sons eventually.
  • She can’t even make a phone call on her own. They are afraid she will tell the world what they have done to her. The world knows. Hold on Britney. We not giving up on you

She was robbed of the best & most precious years of her son's lives... & now she wants to have another baby & try again to be a mom (more than just a few hours a week) but the conservatorship controls even her reproductive rights. Disgusting.

I honestly think they planned her kids being taken away so they could make her work instead of letting her be a mother. I think the whole thing is about forcing her to work and bring in that money... so sad they would never let her have her life the way she wanted it or on her terms in anyway.
