Creeping Speedwell/Veronica! Spreading ground cover perennial with blue/purple flowers. Mine have been flowering since my spring bulbs started, and it is almost the start of June. I live in a dry, drought-prone climate with cold winters and they've been thriving.

Black eyed Susan isnβt Hardy in zones 3, itβs Hardy in zone 5 and up. Astilbe doesnβt bloom all summer, itβs an early bloomer then itβs foliage. And you were showing annual phlox in your images, not the perennial types. Please do your research and educate the public properly with actual facts.
