Little did that dude know when he hired Nick that he’d come back some day to showcase the restaurant to 12.8 million friends.

you know when that pizza is about to be bussin when that chiefs forehead sweat at 15:51 is added to the mix lol
  • You can just see the amount of respect the italian chef has unlike those from the most expensive pizza restaurant. Truly amazing. Great guy

Nick returning to his first job was so wholesome

Puts a smile on my face seeing Frankie still doing his thing at Best Pizza. Loved watching his comeup and the respect he showed to the OG’s.

Such a great video. And your chill energy not over exaggerating anything, combined with the huge amount of effort it took you to make this makes it a real winner. The Italian and New York ones looked the best to me !
  • Yo Nick whatsup I bought your book and I must say its game changing, I didn't know where to start my cooking journey, and this book has a bunch of cool tips and tricks, and your story is just inspiring. I may be a teen but I've always had a passion for food and cooking, so I decided to pursue my cooking journey and you and your videos inspired me to start and for that, there is no amount of thank you I can give. Keep up the fantastic work.

I like how he took the time at the end to admit he forgot to choose his favorite, then proceeded to still not tell us 🤣🤣

Seeing Frankie do his thing at Best Pizza put a huge smile on my face. Glad to see he’s still loving his thing and passionate about pizza as always

The passion that a human puts into the food they serve is some of the most wholesome and telling aspects of humanity. They way they show every detail of their process as if they are praising their own child, the anticipation they show as the fire transforms their creations, and the sheer gratitude and cheerfulness they put forth when their patrons enjoy the fruits of their labor. I love it.

15:53 the sweat dripping of this man into the dough is the secret ingredient that makes it the best

Even though the last guy is really wholesome and sweet, they way he sweat (also into the dough) killed me a little haha.

Seeing frank pinello still going strong doing his thing is a thing of beauty and definitely striking my nostalgia chord. Loved his pizza docs on vice and hope to visit one day.

For me personally just by the visuals and how it was created it would be Best Pizza in Brooklyn because of the simplicity of making it but also the technical aspects of how beautiful it looks, how it hold its form and when everything comes together, how it taste.
