Note: The website mentioned in this video (flaticon.com) has decided to put all their SVG icons behind a paywall. But fear not, there are other places to get different free icons! And even better, some of them are open source too:
Feather Icon (Open source): feathericons.com/
Google Fonts Icons (Open source): fonts.google.com/icons

Hello! So something interesting that has happened: You guys have downloaded so many SVG icons from the website mentioned in the tutorial, that they seem to have removed the option to download free SVG icons. But fear not, there are many open source alternatives to get great SVG icons! Here is a list: Feather Icon (Open source): feathericons.com/ Google Fonts Icons (Open source): fonts.google.com/icons Remix Icon (Open source): remixicon.com/ Bootstrap Icons (Open source): icons.getbootstrap.com/ Feel free to add your suggestions in the comments, and I'll try and update this list!

Every night I wake up in a cold sweat thinking what would happen if Polyfjord stopped making videos…we really need more of this stuff.
-
THIS WAS SO GOOD, I have absolutely zero experience with blender and I made one in 15 mins with your tutorial! Great one!
-
you always have a knack of not only explaining seemingly complex concepts simply, but also making seemingly complex results from simple concepts. bravo!
-
If anybody is having trouble with colours importing with the SVG graphic, you need to change the colour mode to RGB. In Illustrator, this can be done under FILE> Document Color Mode > RBG Color.
-
Polyfjord, simply one of the best Blender artists out there.
-
This was insane, the fact that you explained the power of this technique by making something of an actual short film quality (and your intro is also part of it as well). "This is the last one I promise" that was hilarious, even though I could watch your quality all day.

He got us in the first half not gonna lie. Just imagine the shading possibilities. Absolute legend, earned a sub.
-
Idk why this is being recommended to me, I don't use Blender, but apparently this helps people, so good job.
-
Never seen someone teaching blender this good. I like it. Another.
-
Why on earth would anyone give this a thumbs down is beyond me. This is a wonderfully structured, well designed, and well articulated FREE tutorial to use with a FREE software. Thanks for this amazing video.
-
This is incredible! I’ll need to rewatch it at 25% speed to keep up but you’ve given us such a powerful workflow!
-
Great tutorial. Anyone having an issue with black svg (no color), make sure while Exporting (in Ai) under Advanced Options & CSS Properties drop-down, SVG export settings is set to "Presentation Attributes". Imported SVG will now have colors.

I've been struggling with how to start learning, and THIS taught me literally so much in such a short time. Thank you.

Beautiful, simple, direct. Not doing tricking and complicated uses of boring nodes. love it

Amazing, quick and informative tutorial. Nothing felt missing or confusing as a beginner. Thank you!
