Gorgeous German Blueberry Cheesecake, fast and easy recipe

INGREDIENTS

For the base of the cake:
200 g flour
100 g baking cocoa powder
50 g sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

For the filling or inlay:
1 Packet vanilla Pudding powder, which is approx. 37g
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
120g butter
100g sugar
150ml whipping cream
250g Blueberries
500g Quark (I have used low fat quark)
NOTE: if quark is not available, you can replace with high fat greek yogurt or Mascarpone cheese

baking springform, size Ø 26 cm

Mix the ingredients for the base of the cake to make a dough.
Press the dough into the base and about one-quarter of the way up the sides of the springform.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk together all the ingredients for the filling.
Carefully pour half of the mix for the filling into the prepared base.
Add half of the blueberries.
Pour the rest of the filling mixture slowly.
Add the rest of the blueberries carefully.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, depending on the type of your oven.
