Code Enforcement absolutely loves this house. The previous renters received so many city violation notices that it caused them to move out. When I knocked on the door, the new renter opened and told me all about this property. She said that she just moved in, and the yard was not cleaned up prior. She was going to attempt to clean it up over the weekend, but I offered to help her clean up the entire yard for free. She was super thankful for that. This property definitely needed a lot of work to get code enforcement off it's back, and at the end I believe we did just that.

This is my favorite kind of clean up. You are doing it for someone who will really appreciate and will probably not let it get that bad again. It makes me sad to see people clean up derelict houses because it will probably just go bad again.

Great transformation Fill!! The adjacent neighbor (with the 2-story, blue house) owes you a rib dinner. The tall grass by the tenant’s fence made their house look bad. They had a beautiful yard but you fixed that for them by doing a great job to the tenant’s lawn.
