Dough recipe:
250gr High protein wheat flour
150gr Medium all purpose
20gr Milk powder
75gr granulated sugar
3 Yeast (Sorry, I wrote it wrong in the video)
4gr Salt
30ml whip cream
150-170 ml freshmilk
egg yolks
