Vandalism, car break-ins concerns Norfolk neighborhood

    If you do call the police, they may come out or they may not. I put out a call about someone in my yard/front door at 2:30am and the call didn't go out on my scanner until 5:30am. There are no penalties for CRIMINALS anymore. It's a sad state of affairs for the entire community.

    When they say criminal justice reform this is the result of it… free roam for criminals. They can’t be stopped and the police can’t do much about it even if they did care. So congrats Norfolk you got what you voted for! I say you should leave warm blankets, maybe water for the heat wave, and perhaps new 100 bills so they can buy some sneakers.
