The Manhattan District Attorney’s office says it is open to delaying Donald Trump’s sentencing to brief his motion to set aside his criminal conviction on business fraud charges in the wake of Monday’s Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity. One of the President's core constitutional duties is to "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution..." and that includes defending the Constitution’s Electoral College provisions under Article II, Section 1, Clause 3, which DJT clearly sought to defeat with the "Green Bay Sweep". The organized use of private attorneys and WH staff to produce and transmit forged elector slates, which were designed to induce VP Pence to reject the valid elector slates as well, is a blatant violation of DJT’s “core constitutional duties” that should lead to his prosecution pursuant to 18 USC § 1001 for the false swearing of his federal oath of office. This abrogation of oath and violation of the election interference statute 52 USC § 10307, could also be the basis for disqualification of DJT’s presidential electors in a contest of those ascertainments issued post-election pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 5(d).
